She's actually based off one of my avatars on Gaia, ahaha..
But I thought it was a cute design for a bard, and I've been meaning to design one lately, so.. this came out.
Here's her bio from a roleplay I have her in ;D Nothing too special, but you get the idea.

Born Cecilia Estrella Alvero to a family of Spaniard gypsies, Cecil grew up to learn to love the land and travel. Her family taught her music and how stories were told through it. She learned to play many instruments during her travels, especially once she started on a path different from her family. Traveling at first with only a violin, Cecil earned her living off of reciting glorious tales and haunting melodies. During her travels she met many people. One was a powerful king, charmed by her talent. He granted her both money and magic to aid her. The magic, taught by the king's personal sorcerer, was simple enough but incredibly useful: the summon of stringed instruments. A magic item was given to her as well: a bag that could hold up to a thousand times its own size. With the money, Cecil bought more instruments, then clothes, and the rest she kept for necessities. The instruments were placed in her bag so she could always carry them with her. Grateful to the King, she often would stop by and visit him with a song or five.
Some time later in her travels, she met a wizard. She told him a tale and sung a song - a song supposed to make one laugh, as she thought the wizard was awfully gloomy looking. However, the wizard took insult by the song and her silliness and placed a minor curse on her. Ever since, Cecil could speak nothing but rhymes. The curse didn't do much harm to her, as she mostly sung anyways, but people never took her seriously, especially when she needed them to the most.
